We at the American Group, Inc. are part of a family business principally under the ownership of various members of the Elkins family. For over twenty five years, Roger Elkins has owned American Information Management, Inc. whose core business is a regional call center focused on the medical industry since 1934.
The American Group/American Com-source Technologies, Inc., is owned by Lynn Elkins with a focus on HR services. The largest segment of that business is Absentee Management services for both the educational and industrial markets. This woman, minority owned company had grown dramatically in the last year as companies have sought every means possible to better manage overhead costs. Absenteeism is seldom given the degree of management attention corresponding to the impact it has on the bottom line. Fortune 100 client estimates that absenteeism increases production costs by 3%. A new companion company is being organized to provide Internet support services.
The Group is housed in a seven thousand square foot facility owned by American Communication Technologies, LLC and is packed with the most high tech equipment available for advanced communication needs. This equipment is managed by a staff of professional associates whose association with The American Group average over eight years tenure.
